--Compensation: $20-$24/hour based on experience

At Unique Landscape Services, our Enhancements Crew Members play a crucial role in supporting both our Maintenance and Construction divisions. Whether you're planting and mulching or handling small hardscape upgrades, your work will elevate outdoor spaces across commercial and residential properties.

What You’ll Do:
- Enhance & Improve Outdoor Spaces – Perform softscape work such as planting, mulching, and sodding to refine and refresh landscapes.
- Assist with Small-Scale Hardscape Projects – Support the installation and repair of interlock patios, retaining walls, fencing, and lift-and-relay projects, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Operate Tools & Equipment – Safely use a variety of tools, including dingos, saws, mini excavators, wheelbarrows, tampers, and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently.
- Contribute Across Teams – Play a key role in both our Construction and Maintenance divisions, helping to bring projects to completion with a polished, professional finish.
- Support Seasonal Cleanups – Assist with spring and fall cleanups, ensuring properties are prepared for seasonal changes.
- Work as a Team & Take Initiative – Tackle individual tasks while collaborating with crew members to maintain efficiency and quality.

Who You Are:
- ✅Experienced in Landscaping – You have previous landscape experience and understand the fundamentals of working with softscapes like planting, mulching, and sodding. Knowledge of hardscape techniques such as interlock, retaining walls, and fencing is an asset.
- ✅Hands-On & Detail-Oriented – You take pride in creating clean, well-maintained outdoor spaces and are comfortable working with tools and equipment.
- ✅Physically Active & Comfortable Outdoors – This role involves standing, walking, lifting, and working in various weather conditions. We provide training and the right tools to help you work efficiently and safely.
- ✅Willing to Learn & Expand Your Skills – Even with experience, you’re eager to refine your techniques and learn new ways to enhance landscapes.
- ✅Reliable & Team-Oriented – You show up on time, communicate well, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- ✅ Driver’s License (Asset, Not Required) – A G driver’s license is beneficial for those looking to grow within the company.

Equipment You’ll Use:
- Hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners, saws, tape measure, level, wheelbarrow)
- Powered tools & equipment (dingo, mini-excavator, tamper, concrete saws)
Commitment:
✅April–November, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)
✅Winter Work Available: Snow removal positions open for sidewalk crews.
