Construction Crew Member Role: Our construction team installs creative and attractive solutions to clients’ landscape challenges. This position is an integral part of ensuring the success of our residential and commercial projects. Our crew members can envision a project from start to finish. They appreciate clear communication, enjoy learning from others, and take pride in their team's success. Our team members have a keen eye for detail and take pride in their work.
What are the responsibilities?
- Assist in project implementation of various hardscape elements (such as interlock patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, fences, decks) and other softscape elements.
- Standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 50lbs for prolonged periods of time
- Working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Work as a team to complete a goal
What is required?
- Reliable transportation to Jerseyville, ON (Location is not on a bus route)
- Experience in landscape construction (1 year, preferred)

- Comfortable around power tools/small equipment. Willingness to learn and be trained on various construction equipment
- Enjoys an active lifestyle, working outdoors

Commitment
Monday through Friday, Occasional Saturdays. Average 10 hours days
Position is full-time until roughly December - Not suitable for students
Winter work available (Snow Removal Sidewalk Team)
Compensation
$20.00 - $22.50 per hour
