Our maintenance team enhances communities through well-maintained greenspaces — and has a lot of fun doing it. Every crew member owns their work independently but always steps up to support the team when needed. You notice the details others miss. You're not satisfied until a site truly showcases your effort and passion.

Your day kicks off with a team huddle to align on objectives. Once your truck, trailer, and equipment are ready, you head out to your properties — sites you'll visit weekly and get to truly master. Using trimmers, push mowers, zero-turn mowers, and blowers, your team works together to beautify each space. The work is physical, rewarding, and never the same twice.

We offer flexibility to suit your situation. Those looking for meaningful summer work can join us seasonally from May through end of August — a great fit for university or college students. For those looking to commit to the full landscape season, we run April through November.

Both tracks are full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Snow removal opportunities are available for anyone interested in year-round work. Must be prepared to work in various weather conditions.
